Mike Webers从初中时开始接触遥控模型，多次参加美国各类遥控飞机赛事，有丰富的比赛经验。此次他是代表RedwingRC Team参赛，比赛中操控的是50CC YAK55机型。RedwingRC 是PowerHD在美国的经销商之一，本次比赛中Mike使用的舵机也是由PowerHD制造的高压无刷舵机。
Saint Louis Radio Control Flying Association (SLRCFA) hosted the first REDWING RC Show Me 3d Flying event August 21st-23rd. PowerHD is proud to be one of the sponsors.
This event is exclusive to 3d and aerobatic aircraft. All aerobatic aircraft are welcome to fly: jets, giant-scale, parkflyers, and foams. The event is held on field located at 788 Augustine rd. Eureka, Missouri 63025 on August 21st-23rd 2015. The field has a large, paved runway 42’ X 600’ with 100’ grass run offs on each end. There is also a parallel Grass strip that is 60’ x 800’. The field is surrounded by 11 acres of mowed grass and 1500 acres of farmland with east access to Highway I-44.
Though it was interrupted by a few rain showers, but still had an excellent pilot turnout of 47 along with hundreds of spectators each day.
